5 great sites to advertise on!!!!
72Everybody knows to make sales on your website or to get people to look at your blog or article or maybe even some sort of money making campaign you came up with you always need traffic.
Well a lot of people ask what do I do if my website or blog or whatever isn’t getting enough traffic. Well what I say is Cost Per Click Advertising or CPC. Essentially what this means is you sign up to an advertising site and agree on how much you want to spend and within what time and all. You can do this with a lot of sites but I will show you some of the best ones.
Personally I think you should only use Cost Per Click Advertising if you have a website you are selling stuff on or promoting a product.
Only use it for a lesser money making website like a blog or an article of yours if you have found a low cost keyword for it.
Google Adwords!!!!!!!!!!!!
Google Adwords is the first and probably most well known of my five advertising websites and a very good one too. As it is obviously owned by Google as well Google Adwords campaigns can be followed on Google Analytics. This is a great website for tracking how much traffic your website is getting and also has a lot of other features as well like how long the person stays on your site for and from what country they came from. The Ad campaigns on Google Adwords are priced by the competition on the keyword you are using for it. Keywords to do with money are usually the highest priced keyword.
StumbleUpon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
StumbleUpon this is one of the less known sites but with 15 million members it is increasingly becoming of interest to many people. Essentially what this site does is people sign up to it and give there interests and then they stumble. When they stumble they are brought to a site directly to do with there interests. This is why it is greet for the person advertising on StumbleUpon because this means a guaranteed audience arrives directly to your site - no clicking through ads or links. Your website is the ad and this means you control 100% of the engagement. Yes it is that good. Another great thing is StumbleUpon users will rate review and share your site with others meaning you will get even more traffic to your site. It is also integrated with Google Analytics so you will get a great overview of what’s going on in your website.
There are three different pricing plans you can pay for
- Light- which is $0.05 per visitor. Ideal for websites that want to grow there traffic.
- Standard-which is $0.10 per engaged visitor. Ideal for brands seeking to engage with target audience.
- Premium-which is $0.25 per engaged visitor. Ideal for product launches and good campaigns.

Advertising sites
Facebook advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!
Facebook is another one you may not have known you could advertise on. The good thing about Facebook is everybody knows about it and with over 500 MILLION members there is a large audience for your ads. Another thing about Facebook is you can have a good target audience. For example you can target women between the age of 30-50 and so on. Facebook I think also has the lowest limit for the price you are willing to pay per click which I think is $0.01. It may have changed. But all in all Facebook is another big contender in the internet advertising.
Admob!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Admob this is one you will more than likely not heard off. It is mobile advertising.
Mobile advertising is getting bigger and bigger and as Admob is owned by Google it can be trusted. It is probably the best mobile advertising site and offers low Cost Per Click rates and goes to all major phones like Iphone Android etc.
You can make different shaped ads like banner ads and square ads and so on. As I said before mobile advertising is getting bigger and bigger and in fact there is more phones in the world than computers so there is a large gap in the Advertising business here. You ca also advertise your apps on Admob if you ever made one.
Microsoft Adcenter
The last advertising site I recommend is Microsoft Adcenter. Microsoft Adcenter goes for two websites, Yahoo and Bing. These are the next two biggest search engines other than Google so it would be worth advertising with them if you didn’t know who to advertise with. The ads go around the search pages on Yahoo and Bing so all can see. The are also keyword related and there would also be higher and lower paying keywords.
please press this ""VOTE UP"" button a few times. Yea the GREEN one.
